Individually, students create an empathy map (Says, Thinks, Does, Feels) for one interviewed user using direct quotes and observations. They highlight evidence in one color and assumptions in another, then write a short reflection identifying how their thinking about prediction models changed. Students share maps in small groups to compare patterns across users.
