🧠 Empathy Map from Real Interviews

Using notes from at least two completed interviews conducted outside class, students create a detailed empathy map (Says, Thinks, Feels, Does) on chart paper or digitally. They include at least four direct quotes and highlight one unexpected insight that challenged their assumptions. Students end with a brief small-group share-out to compare patterns across different family stories.
