🧩 Insight Clustering & Audience Patterns

Students review their interview notes and empathy maps from Phase 1 and highlight 6–8 direct quotes or observed needs from at least two users (e.g., classmates or wellness students). In small groups, they create an affinity map using sticky notes or a Jamboard, clustering similar needs, misconceptions, and questions about their passion topic. Groups identify 2–3 recurring patterns and discuss which audience need feels most urgent or misunderstood.
