💡 User-Driven Presentation Brainstorm & Concept Sketches
Students begin by revisiting their empathy maps and "How Might We" problem statements about their target audience (wellness classes, peers, staff). Individually, they generate at least 15 distinct presentation approach ideas in 10 minutes (e.g., live demo, mini-workshop, interactive quiz, myth-busting format, storytelling hook, movement-based activity). In small groups, students apply a structured SCAMPER round to push beyond obvious ideas and add at least 5 new, genuinely different concepts. Groups then use a simple desirability matrix (user need alignment × engagement potential) to select their top 2–3 concepts and create annotated concept sketches/storyboards showing step-by-step audience interaction and where multimedia (images, charts, short clips) will strengthen understanding. Each student participates in a rapid critique round—giving feedback to 2 peers focused on alignment to user needs and clarity—then revises one concept before submitting.
