In small groups, students transfer key quotes and observations from their two interviews onto sticky notes (at least 6 per student). Groups cluster notes into themes such as perseverance, family pride, cultural misunderstanding, or sustainability concerns. Each cluster is labeled with a short theme statement grounded in user evidence.
