🧠 Empathy Map: Says, Thinks, Feels, Does

Using a scaffolded digital template, students synthesize their interview notes into an empathy map with four labeled quadrants. They highlight patterns across users and identify at least one insight that challenges their earlier assumptions. Students upload the completed empathy map as a PDF.
