Teams cluster brainstorm and Crazy-8 ideas, then evaluate their top 6 concepts using a simple decision matrix weighted toward user desirability (emotional impact, clarity of color transitions, engagement with perspective). Teams score each idea 1–5 and select their top 2–3 concepts based on total score and user evidence.
