🧠 From Wonder to Testable Question

Using their observations, students draft 2–3 possible investigation questions related to the paper seafloor model (e.g., relationship between distance and crust age, symmetry of layers, sediment thickness trends). The teacher introduces criteria for strong investigable questions: specific, measurable with available tools, and not answerable by simple lookup. Students revise one question to meet all criteria.
