🌊 Seafloor Data Mystery

Students analyze a projected data set showing symmetrical magnetic striping, crust age vs. distance from a mid-ocean ridge, sediment thickness patterns, and a continental shape comparison map. In table groups, they annotate patterns directly on printed mini-posters using colored pencils and record at least three observations and two surprises in their notebooks.
