🗺️ Empathy Map: Farmer to Customer

Using a large 4-box template (Says, Does, Needs, Wonders), students work in small groups to create an empathy map for one real user they interviewed. They use picture drawings, labels, and quoted speech bubbles from their notes. Groups share and compare: What does this person need to help healthy food reach our community? Students add one sticky note correcting an assumption they had before the interview.
