🌱 Seed-to-Plate User Interviews

Students meet a visiting local farmer and a grocery store staff member (or family guest). As a whole class, they generate simple interview questions about getting, growing, selling, and buying food. In pairs, students ask at least one question each and record answers through drawings and short dictated quotes in their journals. Students also physically act out farmer, store, and customer roles to notice how food moves in a product market.
