Using the pattern charts, each team drafts one large ‘How Might We’ statement (e.g., “How might we help customers get all their healthy needs in one place?”) and adds a short paragraph or dictated explanation citing at least two user quotes as evidence. Teams exchange posters and give feedback to two peers using smiley-face criteria cards (Clear User? Real Need? Not a solution?). Teams revise their HMW and explanation before posting the final version.
