🗣️ New Viewer Feedback Protocol

Teams use a structured feedback protocol to guide at least one new viewer (family member, staff member, or invited guest who has not seen the work before) through their portrait and installation. Students ask 3 prepared questions tied to their 'How Might We' statement and record direct quotes on a feedback form. Emphasis is placed on listening without defending design choices.
