🧠 SCAMPER on Memorial Imagery

In small groups, students apply the SCAMPER protocol (Substitute, Combine, Adapt, Modify, Put to another use, Eliminate, Rearrange) to traditional memorial imagery such as the Iwo Jima memorial or cemetery silhouettes. Teams push beyond obvious ideas by generating at least 15 additional variations that reinterpret scale, materials, perspective, or emotional tone while staying grounded in historical accuracy.
