✍️ Preliminary Claim & Rationale

Individually, students write a 1-paragraph preliminary claim answering: Which renewable energy source is best for a specific community type (rural, urban, coastal, etc.)? The paragraph must include a clear position, one quantitative reference from the gallery walk, and a brief warrant explaining why that evidence supports their claim.
