Students conduct a rapid literature review using at least three credible scientific sources (journal article, government health site, textbook/database) about their chosen mutagen. They summarize the mutagen’s mechanism (e.g., thymine dimers from UV), typical exposure contexts, and known protective measures. Notes are recorded in their research notebook with full citations.
