Teams begin with a rapid 10-minute brain-dump, generating at least 15 distinct ideas that address their specific "How Might We" statement tied to user interviews. They then complete a Crazy-8s sketch round (8 quick concept sketches in 8 minutes per person) focused on housing, energy, water, transportation, or biodiversity corridors. Using SCAMPER prompts, teams push at least 5 ideas further to make them more innovative or environmentally responsive. All ideas must clearly state which user need and biodiversity threat they address.
