Define Invasive Challenge

Students frame the core challenge posed by an invasive species to a local ecosystem. Working in small groups, they craft a stakeholder POV, formulate how might we (HMW) questions to explore opportunity areas, develop user persona profiles for affected community members or ecosystem actors, and create a simple problem tree or systems map to visualize root causes and effects.
