Products

You will create a variety of baked goods that are both healthy and appealing, experimenting with different ingredients and techniques to enhance their quality and presentation. By the end of the project, you will have compiled a portfolio showcasing your recipes, visuals of your baked creations, and the positive notes accompanying each item. Additionally, you'll participate in a live exhibition where you present your baked goods and share reflections on the learning process with peers, teachers, and the community.

Launch

Begin with an interactive baking demonstration featuring a local baker or pastry chef who specializes in healthy and visually appealing baked goods. Engage by experimenting with different ingredients and techniques, encouraging questions and hands-on participation. During this session, brainstorm and discuss how positive messages can accompany each baked good, fostering a collaborative environment. Facilitate discussions around presentation styles and ingredient choices, sparking ideas for your own creations. End with a brief reflection session to share initial thoughts and aspirations for the project.

Exhibition

Organize a community bake sale event where you display your creatively presented and healthier baked goods. Include a station where you hand out positive notes with each purchase, highlighting the project's purpose of spreading positivity. Facilitate a gallery walk where you showcase your baking process, from ingredient selection to the final product, through visuals and presentations. Offer tasting sessions and engage with visitors to receive feedback and reflect on your baking journey and communication skills. Finally, create a reflection board where you and attendees can post thoughts on how the project influenced community positivity and personal growth.
