Source Credibility Quiz

Collaborative small-group quiz where teams evaluate a set of sources (psychological studies and duty-of-care/legal texts) for credibility using explicit criteria (author expertise, publication venue, recency, bias). Each group identifies two credible sources and one source they deem questionable, then explains their selections in a concise justification and defends them in light of how the sources could inform a legal argument about corporate duty of care. The activity emphasizes quality of evidence, honesty about opposing views, and clear, logical explanation of reasoning. Optional for students; submissions contribute to peer-review discussions and final project work.
