Frame New Student Need

In small groups, students translate insights from the empathy walk and initial interviews into a clear problem frame. They will produce a Point-of-View statement, craft How Might We questions, create two user personas representing typical new students, and build a systems map (problem tree) that outlines causes and interdependencies affecting newcomer onboarding. Groups will present their artifacts and reflect on how these insights guide upcoming interviews and design work.
