Deliverable
Idea Sketches and Matrix
Reflection
Critique and Revision
In small groups, you meet with peers and local musicians to gather ideas for lyrical themes and melodies. You’ll brainstorm many concepts, draw quick sketches or storyboards, and build a simple feasibility/impact matrix using pictures to judge how doable each idea is and how strongly it supports your album’s central message. From your matrix, pick the top 3 concepts and write short rationales. Share your top ideas with another group to gather quick feedback and empathy notes about how listeners might feel.
