# What teachers do
1 [20 min] Welcome everyone to the Rock Album Release Party and share the event's agenda.
2 [40 min] Play the album for the audience. Use live instruments or recorded tracks depending on your setup.
3 [30 min] Facilitate a gallery walk where attendees can scan QR codes to view your digital portfolio.
4 [60 min] Create feedback stations in the venue where peers, teachers, and community partners can provide written feedback about your music.
5 [100 min] Host a live Q&A session where you discuss your creative journey and the themes in your album.
Preparation (3 items)
  • Set up seating and sound equipment for the performance area and test all audio setups.
  • Prepare printed QR codes that link to your digital portfolio and distribute them around the venue.
  • Organize feedback materials, such as feedback cards and pens, at various stations.
Student-facing instructions
Your task is to present and celebrate your rock album for classmates, teachers, family, and community partners. You'll perform your music or play it over speakers, invite attendees to explore your digital portfolio, and encourage them to provide feedback. Finally, you'll share the story behind your songs during a Q&A session.
