Create empathy artifacts (quotes, observation notes, user journey snapshots), write a point-of-view (POV) statement that centers a specific user, generate 3-5 How Might We (HMW) questions to address that challenge, and develop user personas and a simple systems map or problem tree showing how ingredients, processes, marketing, and customers interact. All artifacts should be framed to improve the user experience and inform your bakery startup concept. Gather brief feedback from your real user and incorporate it into your revisions. Submit a concise one-page artifact pack and be prepared to share insights with the class.
