In small groups, generate a portfolio of video concepts for a local San Diego YouTube series. Conduct brief interviews with local business owners or community members to gather needs and stories (empathy artifacts), then create brainstorming documentation, concept sketches or storyboards, a feasibility/impact matrix, and a top-3 concepts with rationale. Iterate concepts after feedback to ground ideas in real community insight and prepare outputs that will guide later production.
