Student-facing instructions
Your task is to work in groups to create an empathy map from the interviews you conduct with your peers. Begin by deciding roles within your group: one person will be the interviewer, another will take notes, and a third will illustrate the map. Conduct the interviews and take detailed notes while practicing active listening. Discuss as a group what was seen, heard, and felt during the interview. Use these insights to illustrate your empathy map with drawings or photos. Share one key insight with the class that reflects diverse perspectives.
