Define Philly Budget Problem

Using data from the Design Your Dream Day workshop, student teams craft a problem definition focused on creating a budget-conscious Philadelphia itinerary. They draft a POV statement centered on the user’s needs, generate 3–5 How Might We questions to reframing the challenge as design opportunities, create 2–3 user persona sketches, and build a simple problem tree or systems map that visualizes constraints such as budget, interests, time, and transportation. Teams share artifacts with peers for feedback and revise accordingly.
