Culminating Training Exhibition

Students present their final, user-tested training solution to an authentic audience of users, stakeholders, and domain experts during the Phase 5 culminating exhibition. They showcase a comprehensive digital training manual with multimedia modules, hands-on workshop plans, and tutorial videos that teach Lean and Six Sigma concepts and the operation of iPark87 manufacturing technologies. The presentation includes live demonstrations of equipment use (3D printers, laser cutters, etchers), a summary of user testing findings and feedback, and a reflection on iterations made in response to stakeholder input. The assessment uses a rubric aligned to User Understanding, Problem Definition, Creative Problem-Solving, Prototyping & Iteration, and Communication & Presentation, with final products and feedback guiding refinements for future interns.
