POV and Systems Map

Students interview industry mentors and junior interns to uncover needs and constraints for the new intern training program. In small groups, they synthesize insights from the Industry Treasure Hunt and peer workshops into a comprehensive problem-definition package: a Point-of-View (POV) statement, a set of How Might We (HMW) questions, user persona profiles, and a systems map or problem tree that frames the core challenge. Artifacts should be captured in a digital portfolio and iterated after user feedback to ensure alignment with real user needs.
