Concept Brainstorm and Sketches

In small groups, students engage with industry mentors and peers to uncover user needs and industry trends, capturing direct feedback. They create empathy artifacts (persona sketches or empathy maps) and generate multiple training concept ideas, rapidly prototyping through concept sketches or storyboards. Groups build a feasibility/impact matrix to screen ideas, select their Top 3 concepts with rationale, and prepare notes for peer-review sessions. Deliverables include brainstorm documentation (quantity over quality), concept sketches or storyboards, a feasibility/impact matrix, and Top 3 concepts with rationale. Feedback comes from users and peers during iterative discussions to refine concepts.
