Empathy Maps and Notes

Analyze interview and observation notes (minimum 3 interviews and accompanying field notes) to create empathy maps and journey maps that illuminate the Legacy Cohort’s current realities, skills gaps, and certification needs. In small groups, students synthesize insights into user needs, barriers, and opportunities, producing a digital artifact pack including interview notes, observation notes, empathy maps, and journey maps for instructor feedback.
