Many community members struggle to grasp the value and necessity of transitioning to a competency-based educational system. This change poses challenges in fostering a collective understanding and support, as it requires students to effectively communicate their experiences and insights to diverse stakeholders. Identifying these barriers is crucial for achieving community mobilization and garnering widespread acceptance and collaboration.
