Students will identify and investigate a civic issue relevant to their community, connecting their personal experiences to the challenge and understanding the importance of active civic engagement.

Students will conduct focused research and engage in critical analysis to deeply explore their chosen civic issue, gather diverse perspectives, evaluate potential solutions, and prepare detailed proposals for community engagement strategies.

Students will collaborate to design, build, and test physical or digital prototypes of their solutions, ensuring they address the civic issue identified and preparing them to implement and present their plans in the next phase.

Students will actively implement their chosen solutions by collaborating with community partners and conducting surveys to gather data on the impact and effectiveness of their initiatives.

Students will present their research and solution proposals to community members and organizations, engage in a reflective discussion about their civic contributions, and create a slideshow documenting their journey and impact.
