Students will engage in interviews with community stakeholders, analyze case studies of local and global resource conflicts, and reflect on these insights in their project journals to build a deep understanding of the complex human and environmental needs involved in resource distribution issues.

Students will analyze their empathy findings to define specific resource distribution challenges in their chosen cases, articulating key issues and questions to guide their upcoming research and solutions.

Students will collaboratively brainstorm diverse ideas for addressing their chosen resource conflict, mapping out potential solutions, considering stakeholder perspectives, and experimenting with innovative approaches to formulate sustainable policies or actions.

Students will develop mock-ups of their proposed solutions, incorporating feedback from peers and community partners, to clearly visualize and communicate their ideas on reducing resource conflict before moving to testing and presentation phases.

Students will present their product prototypes to peers and community partners, gather actionable feedback, make targeted revisions, and reflect on growth areas to refine their final products for public exhibition.
