Students will embark on an 'Amazing Race' style journey across Vancouver and Burnaby using public transit, where they'll actively learn about landmarks and cultural areas through scavenger hunts, photo documentation, and real-world challenges, setting the stage for deeper exploration and understanding in subsequent project phases.

Students will conduct research on Vancouver/Burnaby landmarks, analyze public transit routes, engage with Chinatown historians, and prepare to document their journey and findings using multimedia tools.
