10-Minute Slow-Looking Artist Statement Portfolio

Each student submits one finished artwork, a documented set of 10 weekly slow-looking reflections, and three community prompts designed to guide viewers’ attention. The portfolio shows how the student’s ideas, technique, and interpretation developed over time.

Community Viewing Bench and Exhibition Installation

Student teams design, build, and present a viewing bench or seating solution paired with an installation plan that supports prolonged engagement with selected artworks. The team product includes a rationale for design choices and how the space encourages slow looking and discussion.
