Students will launch the career investigation by creating a visual identity artifact, discussing possible career connections, studying project expectations and evidence sources, and drafting an initial investigable question they will carry into the next phase.

Students will create a visual identity board, turn their identity evidence into a focused career investigation question and hypothesis, test research methods with digital career tools, and draft a traceable evidence plan that combines source notes with a community partner experience.

Students will organize research and community-experience evidence into a clear record, analyze patterns and anomalies across their before-and-after interest and strengths maps, test their interpretations through peer critique, and revise a written reflection plus profile evidence so they are ready for the final gallery walk.

Students will present portfolio-ready career investigation artifacts to an authentic audience, share evidence-based conclusions about possible pathways, and complete a final recorded debrief that shows what they learned from community-connected experiences and what they want to pursue next.
