Students will launch the project through a fast teamwork relay, identify visible strengths and discussion moves, and record initial evidence they will use in later phases to build a collaboration contract, empathy-based design brief, and classroom problem-solving toolkit.

Students will gather evidence from real classroom users, map needs and barriers, and turn those findings into a team design brief and How Might We statement that prepares them to build and test a collaboration toolkit.

Showcase
Students will present their classroom problem-solving toolkit, collaboration contract, self-audit scorecard, and demonstration skit, then use class feedback and evidence from the mini-challenge to reflect on how their team used strengths and how they want to improve future collaboration.
