Students will launch the fire safety project by responding to a classroom alarm-and-exit mystery, practicing a first safe routine together, learning key fire safety words, and sharing one brave safety choice and one feeling from the experience.

Students will turn a classroom fire-safety puzzle into a shared investigation question and a simple plan for collecting evidence about safe actions, using key vocabulary, partner feedback, and practice-based observations.
Days 2 - 3
Revise & Share
Revise & Share
Students will sort and discuss evidence from their fire safety notes and drawings, decide which actions most clearly keep people safe, revise one booklet page after peer and firefighter-style questions, and share a final labeled drawing aloud in a small group.
Days 4 - 5
Showcase
Showcase
Students will present their final fire-safe action drawings and booklet pages to classmates, families, and firefighters during a brief gallery walk, explain how safe choices protect themselves and others, respond to one audience question, and share a closing reflection about one brave choice and one feeling they noticed.
