Students will experience the project challenge through drama, identify what kindness looks and sounds like in classroom moments, and begin noticing problems a kindness invention could solve.

Students will gather empathy evidence from classmates and one school adult, organize what kindness looks and sounds like in real situations, and turn those findings into a simple user profile and a clear How Might We statement for a classroom kindness invention.

Prototype & Showcase
Prototype & Showcase
Students will turn empathy findings into quick kindness invention prototypes, test them with classmates, revise using peer feedback, and prepare a simple family-facing display that explains how their design helps the classroom become kinder.
Days 4 - 5
Showcase
Showcase
Students will present their kindness inventions to families during the Title I event, demonstrate how the inventions help solve real classroom problems, and reflect on what they learned from acts of kindness and feedback.
