Teams transfer evidence from interviews, observations, and Odyssey notes onto sticky notes and build an empathy map for their chosen audience. They cluster patterns, label themes, and separate evidence from assumptions using two colors. Before closing, students complete a short crew check on how well the team listened, shared airtime, and used disagreements productively.
