Teams conduct a structured observation and mini-interview session with incoming sixth graders, advisory students, or another younger audience using sentence stems and tally tools. Students note common decision situations, words younger students use, worries they mention, and what kind of advice sounds helpful or unhelpful. Back in class, teams sort their notes into needs, hopes, risks, and language preferences.
