🎤 Interview Notes From Real Leaders

Students learn and rehearse how to ask open-ended questions, paraphrase, and capture exact words from a community leader or school-based adult such as a counselor, coach, librarian, or student council sponsor. Using a shared note-catcher, they identify the leader’s decision, intended goal, unexpected consequence, who was affected, and what advice might help younger students. Teams end by marking one assumption that was confirmed and one that was challenged.
