🎤 Stakeholder pitch checkpoint

Teams deliver a timed 3-minute stakeholder pitch that explains the real student problem, connected Odyssey case, key design choices, evidence from user testing, and next revision priorities before the Leadership Lab. The teacher scores the pitch and toolkit against a milestone rubric for accuracy, usefulness, evidence, citations, and readiness to proceed. Teams that do not yet meet the gate use rubric notes to revise before Phase 5.
