Each team writes an If...then... statement predicting what design choice will best help younger students understand why 9/11 was a turning point in U.S. history. The hypothesis must name one planned feature, such as a timeline card, quotation panel, image pairing, or narration choice, and describe the observable evidence the team expects during testing.
