👥 End User Overview

Students identify the younger school audience most likely to use their future public history piece and map what that audience may need in order to understand 9/11 with accuracy and care. Using an empathy map with sections such as know, feel, wonder, and need, groups note what younger students may already know, what may confuse them, and what kind of presentation format may help them learn. Students connect those ideas to the impact they want their exhibit to have on the audience.
