Monroe to relevant downtown and Near North locations, and prepare an interview/observation method using CTA maps, site maps, and a shared fieldwork tracker. Teams identify which perspectives they still need, including city officials, neighborhood activists, business voices, and residents, and justify why each source type matters for balanced reporting.
