Students prepare and conduct a question round with Paco or the food truck owner about batch cooking, crowd sizes, pricing choices, and common mistakes when scaling recipes. Teams record at least five notes in a structured interview capture sheet and flag any advice that changes their first assumptions from launch. The class closes by sorting expert comments into categories: serving size, ingredient math, customer appeal, and profit planning.
