Students listen to Paco or a local food truck owner explain how chefs scale recipes, price items, and plan for large events. In pairs, students capture evidence on a notice-wonder chart, then individually complete a short entry ticket naming one assumption their team should check and one math skill they will need next. The teacher uses the ticket as a milestone gate for readiness to move into user research and planning.
