🗺️ Empathy Map and Access Patterns

Students sort interview notes, middle school access reflections, and career research evidence into an empathy map showing what STEM workers do, say, need, and value. They then cluster patterns about belonging, opportunity, barriers, and skill-building, especially where students have or have not seen STEM in their own schooling. Pairs give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise the map for clarity and stronger evidence links.
